Tai Ji is a way of moving, a way of being & a way to connect with our true self. By slowing down & paying attention to our body, our feelings & how we express ourselves, we start to open a door to a new relationship with ourself. Once we are more Mindful & aware of ourselves & can accept our humanness with true compassion, then real healing begins.
Using Mindfulness we can learn to respond creatively & compassionately to people & events in the present moment rather than reacting from a place of fear & frustration.
